I've had the number plate of for a clean behind over the weekend, to find number plate backing from other number plate that has been stuck on at some point, but can't get it of? any advice on what to remove it without damaging the bumper? chears.

I'd get a hairdryer on it and scrape off as much as possible, then rub some white spirit into the remaining residue.
