number plate light loom

hi guys my number plate light has stopped working replaced bulb nothing...

removed holder and connectors etc and the usual corrsion on the pin and inside the connector block .

ive ordered the new holder . off ebay £10.00

but id like the loom aswell but ive seen on here that the loom is 33 pound + vat from renualt isit possible to make a new loom etc ?

also will a continuity test with a voltmeter show that the loom is fine and has no breaks ...

also how hard is the loom to fit cheers

just turn on the light and mesure with the volt meter . then play a little with the loom and if you have a steady mesurement the looms ok

i know its sound silly but have you turned the bulb around? just when i fitted my led one i forgot and thought it didnt work ! ha hope you are buying an led one btw looks mint !
