Number plates

If i have my V5 with me, would i be able to go into a Renault dealer and get Renault plates so i can get rid of the ones the used car dealers had on?

Halfords are between £12 and £17 each plate depending on what you want.

Just found this thread. Badinvincible dont go to Halfords complete rip off for plates believe me I use to work there! Better to go to Starting Grid in west calder, plates start at £6 and they will do any style for you.
