Daz with 30 cars this will no doubt run from early doors until late afternoon, are you giving out rough time slots for those that pay the deposit?
As you may know mine's 4wd so it's not really worth turning up at 9am if i'll be running at 4pm, wouldn't mind in the summer, but it's cold this time of year and i'm getting old

I had a subaru earlier this year, and we had a scooby day at Rs tuning, there was only about 20 cars and that took till mid afternoon.

Hopefully with the new car i'm hoping too see over 500bhp

I know what you mean Chris, but to be fair it would be a nightmare trying to issue time slots as people are arriving from all over the North really. There are only 13 confirmed attendees and a lot of maybes so, in reality, I doubt there will be anywhere near 30 cars - but who knows!

Most people that are happy to wait, will do, and the people that are in a rush can run their cars first. I'll be there all day and am happy to be pushed to the back of the queue as I'll be in no real rush to leave mate.

Sounds ideal tbh. as you enter get a peice of paper put under the wiper

think the problem will be if people want to run a 4x4 and rs tuning will need to set up the rr differently then change it again for the clios, dont think they'll want to keep changing after every car

Yeah thats how it usually works tbh....I have been on Subaru ones before now and have waited till the end with any other 2wd motors for my go.

Paul will I'm sure dictate when the 4WD guys can run dependant on how many Clio's/2WD cars there are to do. If there's only one or two 4WD's turn up then he may be able to fit you in during the day, rather than waiting right till the end.

That's how it worked last time anyway, there was no real need for a running order - it just worked itself out - and I'm sure it will again providing everyone is patient and understanding

The piece of paper idea wouldn't really work, people are bound to want to run sooner/later and the pieces of paper will soon be swapped or lost and the system would fall apart IMO.

As long as there's a car waiting to go on the Dyno when one is coming off then it's fine. Some kind of running order is always good. To give an idea on times the vauxsport/briskoda day was finished for 14.00 and we did 25 cars

Righto Guys 'n' Gals,

The list is now getting close to having thirty names on it so it's about time we sorted a convoy for us NW'ers.

We need to be at Paul's for 9am ideally, so, here's my proposal -

We'll be setting off around 7am and heading down the M65 to junction 8 then joining the A56 and heading onto the M66.
From there we'll join the M60/M62 and head East towards Leeds. We'll continue on the M62 exiting at junction 27 onto the M621 into Leeds centre.

Anyone wanting to meet along the way, then here are my suggestions -

A56/M66 - Meet at Rising Bridge services/McDonalds area - 7.30am

M62 - Meet at Birch services (East bound) - 8.00am

If anyone needs any other locations, let me know and I will amend accordingly
