o2 screwed me over

Just found out that o2 have miss sold me my upgrade contract, was payin £25 a month. Got my bill 2day and was £50, so rang them up and i now have 2 pay line rental after 4 years with them, have 9 months to go.
So rang them up and they said they cannot do anything bout it, if i want 2 leave them it will cost me £360. Feel very let down by them. am right pi**sd of with them.

Any 1 know what i can do

Orange did this to be a while ago. They rang me up saying that has some phones they wanted to get rid of and would I like one of them, obviously said yes, phone came and wasnt much better than the one I had already, but when I registered the phone it started another 12 contract. I was livid. With 3 now though and all is well so far.
