O2 Sensor Fault

  Saab 93 Aero Wagon
The other halves 182 has been having a few cold running problems recently other than the usual lumpiness.
Its very reluctant to rev until its warmed up and the idle is very rough.
Again, this goes away once warm but it has bought up the emissions warning light.
I used an OBD II reader to read and clear the fault codes and it was showing the following:

P0130 02 circuit malfunction, bank 1 sensor 1.
P0135 02 heater malfunction, bank 1 sensor 1.

Im presuming this is the upstream lambda at fault. Is this correct?

Do you do a lot of short trips? Mine logged an O2 fault after I had moved it in/ out of the garage a few times without driving it a decent distance. I cleared the fault and it hasn't come back. Perhaps take it for a long drive and drive it hard once fully warmed up.

PS: The not wanting to rev when cold and lumpy idle sounds normal.

I cleared the codes but it came back on today so something is definitely up.
I know they all run rough when cold but this is silly rough.
First thought was a coilpack but the code reader confirmed it.

Lambda's aren't cheap are they!?
