O2 Sensor questions

Been out for a run with Torque pro running on my Andriod phone all seems well but under fuel i get "o2 system closed loop" then its randomly going to "o2 system open loop low temp" :S

Is this normal temp is running around 88c

Got any engine lights on the dash?

Getting bad power/low mpg?

If no then don't worry imo

Cant get mpg above 28 round town 32 on a run , Power was down however it has perked up since i put a new o2 sensor in last month that was why i was trying to see if anything was logged no lights though.
