o2 text problem

don't talk to me about phone companies grrr
orange are being total useless c"£%*
not only did they upgrade me to a tariff they told me was the same pricing on calls, they're proving to be very difficult to track down and moan at.
all the people are useless i talk to and a supervisor is taking their time ringing me back.

Everyone i know who is on o2 has been complaining over the last few months about texts.

i have never had a problem with o2 in the 3 years I have been with them. saying that, the new tariffs from T-mobile are amazing. seriously thinking of switching when my contract runs out unless o2 will match.
