You can also swap to open DNS, instead of your ISP's, and see if that fixes it:

http://www.opendns.com/

I had issues with some sites being incredibly slow/not working and others working fine, did both those things and it solved it instantly.

Working fine for me...although I've not had my confirmation email from them yet. :S

oddly im already using open dns an my internet today has been slow/taken a refresh to load some websites
