Afternoon all,
Picked up a used odessey pc680. I’ve removed the terminals as they were the wrong way round. One of the terminals had two washers under it which bridged the gap between the terminal base and the fixed brass nut which receives the allan bolt. The other had no washers so there was a gap.
So my question is- Are the washers necessary to prevent arcing or does the current travel through the bolt? (Which I assumed it would)
Any advice appreciated.
