Basically just over a year ago I was driving along then bang the ecu and engine light came on and I was in limp mode, a guy came to my house cleared the faults. The guy told me there was a problem with the throttle body, so I booked it in at Renault and they said they couldn't find any problems when they took the throttle body off and cleaned it. Anyway about a month ago it happened again this time the guy came to my house cleared the problems again. I drove down the road it went straight back into limp mode. So I took it to Renault again and they told me they would need to change the wiring/piping. It now works but Renault told me they had to 'bypass the loop from a left-hand to a right-hand'. I've been looking all around the throttle body but I can't see any difference would be nice if someone could explain what they have done.
Thanks, Bambi.
