OFFSET FOR WHEELS URGENT PLEASE HELP

hiya everyone..will 17s with an offset of 40 fit my cup ok? any underlying problems

IIRC the cup offset is 38 ?? so they should be OK !! make sure u get the car tracked up if u fit them !

cheers mate anyother problems..what could happen by fitting wrongly offsetted wheels

2 or so mm wont really matter !! Its when u have 12mm negative when ull have probs (like me) Uneven tyre wear etc !! Means ur tyres will last a couple of weeks instead of months
