offsets bores etc.. HELP

excuse my stupid-ness but would wheels with the following fit my clio? i know there a few charts and stuff on here but i dunno what you can get away with.
PCD 100 x 4
OFFSET 45
BORE 56.1

Centre bore's wrong, clio's centre bore is 60.1.

Think the rest's fine though.

I agree, bore is 60.1mm there rest is fine so no they won't fit.

You can potentially go for a larger bore and use spigot rings.
