Oh dear!!!!!

Came to the T this morning to find a puddle in the drivers foot well! Removed seats and lifted the carpets to dry out.... Car was facing down hill on mrs drive never done it before! Why now. Where are the main places it's comin in??

I know when my LCR leaked in it was the window seals in the door which ws causing it to leak

It's not getting in through the boot is it, and running down the car?

The boot corners were wet but center was dry, I think that's what it has been doing- runnng through the car, are the boot seals known for going?

Its normally the lights that leak. Need to take them off and silicone around the hole the the wires pass through. I also took the boot rubber off and siliconed it back on.

When I had water in my drivers footwell it was because some of the drain holes in the side seals was blocked and the whole seal filled up with water

All sorted now! fully dried out - not a damp spot in sight.

I'd be taking the seats, carpet, insulation, everything out and making sure it's bone dry - otherwise that pretty red paint will be replaced with an odd shade of orange after 5 minutes...

Did all that mike! Seats out, carpets, foam shite, insulation in rear foot well. All out and fully dried the foam stuff in the front took a while but with heater on it for 5 hrs did the trick!
