Well i can confirm having your rear pads fall out at high speed while trying to brake is very scairy to say the least...

My rear shoes once fell out and locked my rear wheel up while driving - thankfully only doing about 5mph into Macdonalds!!

well i was doing 60 and approaching a roundabout = Scairy

i think the guy in the mini next to me shat himself more than i did tho... lol

Probably as much as the bloke who I overtook then fishtailed down the road in front of for about 100ft in my XR2!

they didnt literaly just drop off...

they were getting ner to beeing in need of change and clamped on and when i let of the brake the pins holding them in broke and they shot off...

thing is i think they have taken off the balancing weights that are on the inside of the wheel when clatering arround inside... bugger
