hi ppl goin to giv my car an oil change very soon wheres the cheapest place to get oil and oil filter?

Filters only a tenner, you'll probably get a zillion posts about oil and prices shortly its down preference but expect to pay between £25-£45
Also get a new copper washer for the sump

Try opieoils or something like that, theres a bloke on here usernames oilman I think. Dunno if theres a discount for CS folk.

Got mine from renault its one of the very few things they usually keep in stock LOL

cant remember its a few pennies for the washer and about a tenner for the filter. go there a day in advance just in case they aint got them in stock tho lol
renault are crap

Filter is part number 820003408 £6,50 ish

Sump washer is 7700266044 £1 ish.

Common part so all dealerships should have a few in stock.

Only use gen renault some non gen filters can effect oil pressure.

Ay fully synthetic 10-40.

Depends what you want there Motul or Millers but its pricy and a bit excessive for most people best just change the oil more then spend a fortune unless you do rack days etc IMO.

Renault don't remecomend that 5-40 is bette as its more vischious at low temsp but unless temsp drop below -20 degress then 10-40 is fine for use under Renault rules.
