Oil catch can an10

So I have a oil catch can with two an10 outlets which is fine but when it comes to connecting it to the engine as most are aware there’s only a 90 degree elbow which the pipe normally just slips over.

has any one got any ideas how I could do something so I could Connect a an10 connector to the oil breather elbow ? Buying the pms oil breather plate isn’t a option as I still run the standard inlet
