oil change, plug size??

doing an oil change on the 172 need the size for the plug and where to get 1 any help... thanks

8mm square iirc
get a replacement copper washer also or it will leak

You need the metal and rubber one the copper one is for the gearbox on the 172/182's .

Interesting didn't know there were two! Mine only ever had the copper one but then my old engine is no more lol
