oil change / top up

hi , i have had a quick look about to see if their was a guide on this but cant really find much . first of all how often does the engine oil have to be changed ? how hard is it to do ? and finally how do you do it ? their is a guide for the 172/182 not sure wether it is the same for my 1.2 dynamique ?

also which is a little off topic , my driver side window wash spray doesnt spray ??? it just dribbles out ?? has anyone got any ideas what this could be ? the passenger side works .any help would be much appreciated .

The guide will be moreless the same, theres one somewhere which gives the amount of oil needed for a 1.2 16v, (I think its 3.7 litres). The location of the filter maybe different, I know on the 8v version its on the drivers side near the aux belt, otherwise it will be on the front of the block. The oil should be changed according to Renault every 18k but if you want to really look after the engine half that.
