Is there any benefits to having one and any problems with them also whats best to get and pics would be nice to

Mocal 13 row, over kill unless you do track days and/or turbo'd

As above pointless on a road car, plus if one of the pipes split/breaks or comes off bye bye engine

As above for a road car, if used on track etc then make sure the sandwich plate is a thermo one
