Oil & Filter Recommendations for Trackday Car

Hi,

I have a 172 cup, pretty much only used for trackdays.

What oil (make / grade / weight) do people recommend?

As for oil filter, should I just go for the standard Renault one?

genuine filter and if its track only i'd suggest going to a 5W50 or 10W50
