oil filter

hi guys i'm changing my oil tonight but its the first time i've done it, can any one tell me where to locate the oil filter will i need any special tools, and what would be the best oil.

it a 2002 clio 172

At the front below the fuel rail guard (the bit of metal that sticks out from the front of the engine).

Easier to get off if you remove the guard...has two 10mm securing it in place which are easily removed with a socket set.

Get an original Renault oil filter from the stealers for under a tenner and get holdd of some 5/40w Silkolene Pro S.

I ordered mine online from Opie oils www.opieoils.co.uk

Not cheap but a proper synthetic oil
