Oil for a 172 Mk2

Could someone advice on a good oil for the 172 MK2, just purchased one on Sat, what a machine

I assume its done more than 10k? If so youll need 5w 40 fully synthetic.

The brand is a personal preference kinda thing.

use the elf stuff that renault recomend

if you dont need it all perhaps go halves with someone

yeah, its on 34k at the moment, service is due soon and the MOT next month. imac tho, well looked after. Any tips or advice you could give me would be great.

you next service is 36k then, that an expensive one iirc, as its an accessory belt change
