Oil Gauge Problem

For the last week or so, everytime I start the Willy up, my oil gauge says I hardly have any oil in it.

So obviously I checked my dipstick thinking that I might have a leak, but the dipstick showed it was half way between the markers.

Anyone know wot it could be?

check the sender/sensor connections, its is at front of engine, to the right of where dipstick enters sump, might be problem there

Half way between the markers? top it up then mate I wouldnt run it on half full. This might solve the gauge problem as there not very accurate anyway.

Ok cheers, im taking it up BB soon for a full service, so hopefully when I get the oil change itll sort it out.
