oil/grease on grey seatbelt !



  Golf Mk6 Oil Burner


mrs trapped it in the door right on the lock that is all greased up last night and made a right f**kin mess.

any ideas on cleaning? tried vanish which made it a little better.

dont know what to use to clean them, mine have greasy finger prints on them from when i left it at the dealers. Be carefull what you use to clean them as you dont want to damage or detiorate the belts.

one of the worst design features on the car IMO. mine got a bit mucked up at the dealers aswell !

just stick with black like everyone else and there wouldnt be a problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would some of that weird green stuff u use 2 clean hands help? swarfega or something. Not sure if it would damage the belt but its safe for hands so cant be that strong.

its homemade swarfega, its great for washing oil of your hands.

Swarfega, most definitely.

A tiny bit, massage it in, rinse it. Clean up whats left with meths.
