Quick question.

Has anyone ever developed an oil leak from the black plastic caps that fit into the gearbox end of the cam covers?

Mines been fine for over a year now, but noticed at the weekend that the larger of the two seals had developed a leak!! I've always suffered from what I would class as excessive crankcase pressure but I didn't think it was enough to force oil past the seals?

Anyone had this before?

Also can you buy these seals seperately from Reno?

yeah not uncommon, the caps are £11 for the pair, screwdriver and a hammer, done

i run a wee tad of black silicone round the edge and smear it round before fitting, them wipe off the excess once i've wolloped them in
