Oil Leak

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the 172 cup has any common problems regarding oil leaks as mines just started to spot on the driveway

gearbox leaks (normal)
rocker cover leaks (normal)
and
the sump gasket can leak

the should be called 172 sives
