Oil leak

Hi all

Ive got a very slight oil leak on my car. Its no that bad as it doesnt drip at all, its just the bottom of the engine is really covered. I was wondering if this could be related to having problems getting into 1st and 2nd gear? I heard it could be oil leaking onto the clutch plates from somewhere causing them to stick??

Any advice or areas to look at appreciated.

cam cover, its probably loose. Get a new gasket and tighten it properly then clean the engine.

The go for a nice drive to the coast or something and back then have a look for leaks. If there are none then magic, if there is you should be able to pin point it easily on a clean engine.
