I thought I'd just ask here preliminary before jacking up the car to have a look myself. I have noticed an oil leak about the size of a £20 note folded in half. It's coming from the left hand-side if you were to stand in front of it looking towards the car.
I'm not sure how long it's been there for, but I'm quite certain that it's engine oil.

In first image you can see two patches, they are both from the car. The one nearest to the camera is where the car was parked the day before, and within 24 hours there a new patch about the same size, same place.
