Oil question for a 172 engine.

I have just found some Mobil Super FE 5W-30, and was wondering if that would be ok for the engine?

Probably would be ok i guess but i'm not an oil expert . Alot of people on here seem to like Silkolene Pro S 5W-40 .

5-40 is better unless your doing very short drives (IE the engine not getting totally warm and you don't drive it hard) I'd stick to that.
