Oil Recommendations

Will be servicing the car soon.

Can you recommend me what oil to put in my 172 (type and brand please), as im not clued up with whats good/crap and what exactly needs to go into the car??

Also, can you recommend gearbox oil for the 172 aswell please? As im wanting to have that changed.

Any help would be great!

engine oil - 5w 40 fully synthetic - titan fuchs.

gearbox oil - 75w 90 gear oil - again titan fuchs.

What sort of price am I looking at for those?

And how much will I need? Will 5l do the trick?

approx 25-30 for the engine oil and approx 20-25 quid for the gear oil.

5l for the engine, 3l (maybe 3.1l) for the gearbox - but it comes in a 4l bottle anyways.
