Oils to use?

right im new to the clio scene and have no idea what weight or oils that would be best for the engine.

i currently have just picked up a clio 172 phase 1. what is everyone using in theirs?

weight?
semi synthetic?
fully synthetic?
brand?

5w/40 Fully Synthetic, any brand, 5.1 Litres.
