oily spark plugs

on a Clio 1.8 16v (1994), got spark plugs literally dripping with oil, and oil in the chambers they are located in, whats it mean? Big engine repair bill or what?

Im assuming its piston rings, but dont know for sure....

Cheers :)

Replace the cam cover gasket first. Easy peasy to do. Then theres plug cover seal as well I think. Beyond that I dunno.

Its a very common problem. Dont worry too much if it runs ok.

cheers mate, yeh it runs fine, well sounds kinda like a diesel sometimes...

Will look into buying and fitting some gaskets tommorrow then
