On Board Diagnosis Light after changing Spark Plugs

Just changed the spark plugs on my 182, and the On Board Diagnosis light has come on, as shown below..

Anyone have any idea why this might be so, as I have no idea why this light might come on? No obvious sign of a misfire which would be the obvious thing after changing the plugs.

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but I had a search and couldn't find anything.

What plugs did you use? Check for anything obviously wrong such as items unplugged and then, if you have no luck code read it to find out why its on.

I used the standard Renault ngk plugs. I will check everything, check its all plugged in properly.
