one cly misfire

i hav a one of my clylinders misfiring, could the vacuum hose do this or would they make it misfiring in all of them

Check you leads arn't arching out mate, with it running lift them one by one to see if you can hear it.

Failing that check your spark plugs are in good nick, clean them up aswell.
