One day insurance policies?

Can anyone tell me if its possible to get just 24 hour cover on a car?

Im only looking to get a car home from down south and dont need it insured until such time as i get it up the road and tidied up etc...?

So is this a possibility or does it differ per insurance company?

when i picked my car up from wales my dad used tempcover.com as im not 21, its very gud! realy quick and easy to use, as long as your over 21 all is well! cost my dad 15 quid for 24 hours

same underwrighters as more than.

but get ur details right because they wont change it if its wrong.
ull have to take out a new policy,

There's quite a few if you search on google. Got it when I bought my car cause my insurance company were shut, was about £11 and easy to do
