One front wiper stopped working!?

Okay, so both of my wipers were going and a I went around the roundabout my driver side one stopped, but passengers kept going what's caused it?

Mine done this once or twice after I had been mucking about with the wipers. The bolts have probably come loose. You have 2 bolts on the drivers side wiper and one on the passenger side. You have to do them fairly tight but dont snap them lol.

Oh okay, it doesnt even seem like it's trying to move, I can freely move the blade over the windscreen with no resistance, where as the passenger one I can't move manually but works on switch ??

Thats because the drivers side one isnt bolted down tight enough, the holes are just slipping over the splines. Whip off the two black caps on the drivers side wiper bolts and horse them up. (making sure your wiper is in the right position!).

Cheers mate, worked well but dropped the bloody cap in the engine bay! Will try to shake it out tomorrow! Keep watching this section as car has some annoying little niggles I'll ask advice on!
