Went for some petrol and to wash me car on sat morn. I parked next to a 106 that was well chaved up and went to get a token for the jet wash. i got back in my car and a right chav lookin bird with the big earings and trackie pants started reversing, she put left lock on and the front of her car swung into the rear passenger quarter of my lovely mint clio. Now theres a big f**k off dent in my car. She jumped out screaming and shouting saying i drove into her! (f**kin lying chav b**ch) anyhow she shouted of some chav lad she knew who was also at the garage and he came over mouthing and went for me so i punched him and he ran off crying. Anyway i called police and she hasnt got insurance and im left with yet another fookin bill!

Ive got all her details. Police said they cant pursue a criminal case as it was on private property. A civil case could take forever and end up with a quid a week
They didnt seem to care at all. The didnt know she had no insurance at the time. Ive just found this out really
I really am gutted as I was just getting the car back to how it should be! and then this goes and happens. Going to have to go get a quote for repairs now! and its MOT time at end of month, and TAX & insurance....bah! anyone wanna buy a Clio...lolId explain to the police that in order to get to a petrol station this would involve driving on some kind of road for which she is not insured to do so. she then went onto private property where she stuffed your car. I would also be speaking to the manager of the petrol station and get the security videos of her crashing into you. if nothing is sorted out after that I would prolly take petty revenge and smash all their cars up for the inconvenience... i feel thats more than justified.

start another thread titled "Clio Sport Chav Bashing Day", we could charge people to beat the living hell out of them and you would have repair money for the car. It may however become too popular...
im gutted for you m8, but i wouldnt let them get away, id try again with the police then seek some kind of legal advice, as there must be something you can do, otherwise technically you could drive through the store window and claim that as it was an accident and on private property theres f**k all they can do. something doesnt seem right pal, im sure the police should be doing something about this, afterall, what the f**k do taxes go on (well, apart from GATSOs...)
If I were you I would find a mate with a pick tuck / Recovery to come and tow her car away to your chosen location! She will never find it, specially if you burn the f**ker or sell it for scrap..
And then she will be gutted that she had no f***ing insurance

Is her car on steels with no locking wheel nuts? Personally id get some wheels with 2 bald tyres, quick stop off with a jack and wheel brace, slicks on! Wait for her to leave one night ring the police (anon of course)saying you think theres a drink driver. Thatll be 6 points for 2 balds, £250 fine for no insurance. Revenge sorted and itll be a laugh getting your mates on the A-team style mission.

i would leave it a bit & then go ofr a revenge attack, also tell her boss & hopefully shell get the sack.

how about arranging to meet her and boyfiend in a car park, when they turn up get some friends to go at her car with hammers. and what do you know, her car was attacked on private property and no insurance to repair it. not like shes going going to the police to say someone smashed up her car cos she hit yours when she wasnt insured is she?
Cant believe they know she has no insurance and wont do jack, surely that means she has no tax either! they should beable to compound her car untill she pays for insurance, tax and damage done to your car then bill her for the use of the tow truck and space in the compound, or if she wont pay for that then auction her car off to pay for the damage.
I really feel for you, maybe you should set her car a light, that will teach her for no insurance.
