Yeah I went from a completely unfiltered enviroment to actually also being monitored by Websense, which being in IT I thought I was immune to, nope. So when some remote listening service I had installed for iPhone ran me up 430 hours internet usage in a month, I had to explain why...

Since then we've come up with all sorts of elaborate ways to bypass the system, in fact it became our primary goal for a while...I think my parting shot at the place will be to completely trash the proxy. Though we're testing Messagelabs filtering service atm on our MPLS, seems a lot better.

I run the websense system in my place, so obviously i'm unfiltered 
Its amazing the number of people that try it on to get unfiltered access !
The last place I worked for all my servers and my desktops were on 1gbit lines connected to a fibre optic link straight to the UK Janet backbone
