Found another wee secret thing in the clio tonight, cant remember it being posted on here before but im sure someone already knows about it so i apologise in advance...



Tried this in my 182, but it should work in any clio with the STANDARD CD PLAYER FITTED...

Do try this at home and tell me wot happens..

On the front of the cd player, wen it is on, either cd or radio...press the preset buttons 2 and 4 at the same time together...

WOT HAPPENS???

If you have even more spare time try buttons 1 and 6 this does something else, not as SPECTACULAR AS THE FIRST...

Wot happens....??
 


think ill leave you hanging....someone out their will try it...they have to.



Btw the standard sterio does the job, and nobody will smash you window for it..

i tryed this and f**k all happend

does the cd player need to be plugged into the car to work???:confused:
 


hehe...usually helps if it is plugged into the car...tho ive not dis-connected my cd player and tried...

Right....the first one seem to be some speaker diagnostic thing...and it plays a wee tone (kinda sounds like beeeeeeeeeb) from each speaker in the car...must be a diagnostic thing, the same as when you press the button in on the end of the stalk control on the wiper arm and turn the key...

Ive just put the car away and cant be bothered going down into the cold garage.
 


The second one...stuff flashes up on the screen and flickers....



DONT KNOW wot it is, must be somthing to do with the frequency changing or sumthn....

diagnostic tools are the BEST part

Its the diagnostic tests for the radio, watch out you dont get CURVE come up or you will have to set the radio up again, the head units have different sound settings for clio, laguna and so on.

Cant remember which curve setting for clio at the mo.

The other one is speaker test, good for checking if all your speakers work.

youv fuked it right up now!! just done it on my mums and the stereo doesnt work anymore! she isnt impressed at all!!
