optimum tyre pressure

I'm running 195 45 R15s and was wondering what you guys would recommend as the optimum pressure, unlaiden and fully laiden. never really knew exactly what pressure to have them at since inheriting the car from my brother, he forgot, the dosey tit.

EDIT: had it as 65 before, they're 45 tho

30 rear.
It depends some people like more pressure some less.

I run my 194/45/R16's at 30psi (all round) I find the recommended 32psi is a little to high and makes her feel abit like shes floating above the road.

i would have 32 in the front and 30 in the back

30 all round would not account for the extra weight on the front ones!!

i take we are talking about everyday use and not a track/rag it everywhere day??!! lol

Anything close to 30 will do no harm. Have a play with pressures front and rear close to 30, its interesting to see what effect it has.

Ran 30 both ends for ages, but as the back is stripped out, have gone back to 32 front, 30 rear now.
