Orange - Complete Clampits!

signed up with Orange yesterday, they took my DOB wrong (their fault) which in turn caused problems on the credit check. Then they requested proof of DOB and address which i faxed over, and they refused 4 items.

recent phone bill with address on = not accepted
driving licence = only accepted for DOB
HSBC statement (i dont use the account) = not accepted due to no transactions on it
Halifax statement = not accepted cos i covered my account balance up!

Told them to shove it! im fuked off as it wasa good dea, but their loss, I spend a lot on phone bills every month!

Im gonna wait and go back with O2 now!

o2's cool mate, i never have any problems... and if u get o2 online u get loadsa freebies thrown in, and online billing.

just dont get a sony ericsson, mines right royally p*ssing me off... but thats another story, lol

yeh iv been with O2 in the past with no probs, jus the orange deal was very good!

pisses me off as it was their fault they put my date of birth down wrong, and iv been arsing about faxing allsorts and ringing them all day due to it!

idiots! I cant see why they need to see my bank balance etc when they want proof of address!
