Ordered Hill power induction kit and pro speed exhaust

What type of power diferences am i likley to have with these mods? This is on a mk2 172 his name is HANS
And any tips on what to do next would be much appreciated. As i have the money just no pissing clue when tuning my car comes into play.
BUT i don't want to turbo the swine as i have had bad experiences after turboing my Seat Arosa sport.
Engine tuning im intereted in I can do everything else.

It will sound very nice for sure!
Not sure you'll gain much power tho from those two alone.
I got a prospeed and ITG filter and the car doesn't feel any faster.
But it sounds a heck of a lot nicer!

RS Tuning is up around Leeds...its Pmurray on here (IIRC) but a lot of people have been to him, and he does seem to be well recommended...I've not used him yet, but think I will when the time comes due to his reputation on here.
