origin b2 warrenty

ive just read the origin web page and it says that if the b2 is not brought from an origin approved seller it will only get 28 days warrenty instead of 2 years this was brought in from april this month

so that meens it will cost about £420

I was told that by one of the guys on the Origin stand at the Motorshow.

They are approved resellers so you get the warranty, plus they sold them me for £349.99 each.

I have bought 2 from radardetectors.co.uk - I had a problem with the second one. When I rang origin, they said I had bought it from an unauthorised reseller and did in fact only have 28 days warranty.

Does anybody know if they are?

Thats rubbish, they cant legally enforce that. If their product has a two year manufacturers warranty then it dont matter who sold it. Theyre trying it on. If you got any problems just threaten them with a county courts summons and watch them change their mind.
