origin pogo alert

I was tempted, but I decided to go for a TomTom 720T instead, TomTom dominate the market for a very good reason.

this is not the one with sat nav it's the camera detector only like the B2.
I have got a TT720 but I don't find the camera alert as good as dedicated ones like the B2

Hey :)

Yes i still deal with Origin and Road Angel Items.

The Pogo is the replacement of the B2, after Origins name change.

They do 2 types:

With sat nav
Without Sat nav

They still use the same excellent database from the B2, and unlike the addons you get for normal sat navs. These are the proper items to have :D

I have one, bought it off line for £230. I had a Road Angel Plus in my car which is a great piece of kit, the wife wanted one for her new car so i thought id give her the angel and I would have the pogo.

They both do the same in a nutshell, the angel plus has a rechargeable battery so u can have it on the dash for six hours without it needing to be plugeed in to the ciggy lighter.

The pogo needs to be plugged in all the time as it has no rechargable battery.

If you do a vast amount of mway driving then the pogo is good as u can set it to mway and it wont pick up the cams on roads adjacent.

In three days of testing the pogo has picked up every camera and its a gr8 bit of kit and nice and small.

That said, i think the angel edges it as it doesnt need to be plugged in all the time, the display in the pogo though is much better.
