can't work out if that's me or andy - i'll take a look at the footage i took to see which car it was.

Was it taken just after lunch? I think that was the only time I came out of the pits doing that speed - just been to the petrol station.

No it was last thing. about 4:40pm. u can see the man waving the flag at the end of the vid

Thats not bad laps, I timed the quickest at about 2:12, Allen in his white clio cup racer was doing 1:58 on slicks and thats 2 seconds quicker than the guys do at Oulton in the LMA championship

Yea he did a 2:02 when i went out with him, different league!!

Thanks again to Paul/Andy and Jay for taking me out. It was a good day and I think it's something I do want to get in to.

I know someone was doing 2:10s fairly consistently throughout the day, a good 3 or so seconds faster than the other guy driving the same car.

Here are the pictures I took, I'll be the first to admit that some of them aren't great, but should any one want the 12MP full size image emailing to them send me a PM with the last 3 digits from the picture name(s) and your email address.

Loved Oulton when Baggers took me out. Cant wait to drive it! Agree with Lodge, never seemed to "pin" it and get a decent launch up the hill, something Id look at improving in my own driving when Im out.

Was a lot better this time... On advice from my instructor, I changed down to second, ensuring the entry speed was lower... Allowed me to get on the power a lot sooner and get up the hill better... I'm confident you'll notice an improvement next time!

Believe it or not..you, IIRC there were a couple of 8s as well.
