Over fueling and no faults showing - What could it be?

  Monaco
The GFs 1.2 16v is getting about 25mpg, of this I am sure. I have had it plugged into the electronic box and it reads no faults.

Now, I've allocated a day this coming week just to give the thin a ruddy good look over.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Anyone ever had an over fueling problem? Clio or other? Literally at a loss here.

Petrol prices dont help my anguish :p

Code reading is not a proper diagnostic session - get it back on a decent bit of kit and have the live data looked at by someone that knows what they're on with and it'll pretty much point you in the right direction.

I'd guess at either an H02 fault or coolant temp sensor but without seeing the car its hard to say for sure.

first thought would be lambda,

second thought would be MAP sensor,
then perhaps ecu trouble,
i wouldnt have thought it would be anything mechanical,

and if a sensor is giving a dodgy reading, it may not quite be out enough to register as a faul!
