overpainting underseal

Anyone know if you can overpaint the standard underseal?
I.e will it stick?

on the bottom of the sills? yeah, just scuff it with a scotchbright or sand it. just give it a good clean as you get lots of tar on the underside

you can if it aint caked in loose oil. like waxoil. if its actual rubbery underseal that doesnt move when you touch it then yeah you can paint it. just give it a good jetwash first and again, a really good clean to get rid of all the gunk
