Overpriced Cup?

Hi was looking at cups for sale is this a bit overpriced,seems a lot to me

Overpriced imo, by a good £1500 at least . Even though it's in great " condision " , has silver " gray " alloys and it handles " unbeliavable " and also has had £!000 spent on a suspension uprgade , no mention of what the upgrade is exactly . FFS , if you can't spell , use a spell checker or google the words at least . No mention of what the service history entails , Oil , oil filter , air filter , more ...... no mention of any of the belts being done ? s**t advertisement .

I sent the chap an email, letting him know there is some issues with his advert and the info that's required to sell a cup at a decent price.

oh come on now.. I simply said he needs to advertise it with info such as belts and the like. And then said its poss worth 2200... mabey more if a person who wants a cup see's it. ( was worded in more detail)

If he sold it then well done him. But personally For that sort of money I would want a 20k miles or less and mint mint. Engine bay looks like s**t. Doesnt even have the plastic cover.

Put it this way , ours is on about 85k , is a rare late one with climate , has the wheels coated in anthricite , contisport tyres all round , had all belts done , just had a service , all brakes rebuilt in the last year , all suspension rebuilt in the last year , sabelt wheel and boss ,cooksports my specific fast road setup on track width and geo and i would punt mine looking for £2.5k

and believe me when i say its maintained to the enth degree ......

however unless the wife suddenly sees something else she likes its unlikely to get sold before christmas

Cups dont have engine covers.

I dont see how this is at all ironic.

I sent the seller a brief email, letting him know about information such as belts and pullys and what i would expect it to be sold for (based on similer cars on this very forum)
Gave him some quick advice (which i gained from here)

So whats so ironic?
