own up..who works in halfords

ello to all those who work in halfords,

could u tell me how long it would take to get some H frames from cobra delivered to a ripspeed store if i ordered on the 18th of this month?

im impatient!

2-3yrs depending on the speed they dig the materials to make the frames mate!

i work in Halfords...but i have no idea what that thing your asking for is! Let alone how long to get it

...i work in the sh*tty bike section, but im hopeing to get moved to Parts soon

its the frame which bolts on to standard runners which allows u to fit a cobra recliner!!

id stay on the bikes if i was u!!

Im learning about cars at the moment, but i only just got to the Camshaft section of the book my dad told me to read ....bikes are crap, you put in way more effort, and they go much slower than a car, i just cant see the sense in them

yday i saw a group of 16 yr olds round ere on mopeds with neons underneath and hed hooked up a head unit and 6x9s to the back of it!!! LOL

bet he got his neons from halfords!!

I work at halfords and a lot of our stuff comes in late. Most of the time its the supplier but its worth ringing to check if theyve actually ordered it.

no offence but i hate dealin with halfords, they r utter sh*te in gettin stuff!! but they were the cheapest which was a complete shock!!!

Yes....yes we are sh*te. But they pay more than Homebase

...i get the car through my mums work, £185 a month including fully comp insurance. Fcuking amazing! Id pay more for that on insurance otherwise, for that car

i used to work in comet as a sales supervisor wen i was 16, bout £9.50 an hour!!

...er, ok they pay better than Halfords. I cant add mods and stuff, i only keep the car for 1yr, then i give it back. Hopefully by then ill have saved up enough to get one myself tho, maybe one a couple of yrs old

there was a story on the news in stoke bout a bloke that used to run ppl over in his vauxhall cavalier and then shout "10 points" out the window wen he got someone until the police caught him....

I wish. The best thing ive hit is a pheasant, and that left a dirty great stain all over the bumper! I was picking feathers out the radiator for weeks

the one in merry hill is so much better but its still a halfords......

Actually, one of the girls who works at parts. Once phoned up Letchworth store,

....asking if they had any brake pads, for a "Ford Clio"

at least uv got 16v!! i jus got standard 1.2 mark 1 and im gonna keep it till i finish uni and then get the top of the range clio at the time still got big plans tho body kit in summer!

I orded a pipercross induction kit from halfords in dartford, little did i know how well halfords and pipercross communicate!!! I waited 2 months and rang up every other day before finally cancelling it, even then they tried to convice me to wait another day!

I worked on the bikes for four years (part time A-levels/beginning of Uni). I used to go on car parts sometimes too.

Its weird as you either have proper car/bike Yodas, or complete idiots. Nopthing in between! I was a Yoda of course!!
